This yellow area is a DIV with absolute positioning (a "layer" in Dreamweaver terminology), and the content below is displayed in an iFrame within the DIV. The selections in the DHTMLMenu at the top of the page target the iFrame (with the exception of "Close Window"). This is accomplished within the DHTMLMenu program by using the name of the iFrame as the Link Target instead of the default "_self", as in the following example:
